Shipping Timeframes (In-Stock Items)

Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

  • Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Express Shipping (Flat Rate): typically 1–3 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Backordered Items

For items placed on backorder, our separate Backorder Policy applies. In summary:

  • Backordered items will be shipped within 14 calendar days (2 weeks) of the purchase date.

  • If we cannot ship within 14 days, you will receive an updated estimated ship date and the option to keep the order open or cancel for a full refund.

Order Tracking

● Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
● Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
● If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@ms-peptides.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
● Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier accepts the package.
